A little help. Back to play.

Keep the game moving.

Here are the answers you need most often during a gathering.

Prankix is in development for Android. You can play the sample now; connected rooms, AI creation and subscriptions depend on service availability in your version. App availability

Before the first round

Does everyone need the app?

One host phone is enough to play together in the same room. For connected rooms, guest joining is designed to work in a mobile browser through a link or room code, without an app download.

Can we play without internet?

Bundled and saved games can run on the host phone offline. AI creation and connected rooms need an internet connection and an available service.

Is the website sample generated live?

No. It is a prepared example of how a round plays. It does not create an AI game or open a connected room. Gather around one device and give it a go.

Is Prankix right for our group?

Prankix is designed for ages 13 and up, in English and Arabic. Pick activities that suit your group, and let anyone pass on an activity they are not comfortable with.

Codes & connections

Why can’t I join a room?

Check the eight-character code and ask the host whether the room is still open. If the page says joining is unavailable in this preview, the room service is not connected to it. You can still try the website sample.

What should I do if the connection drops?

When the room service is available, reconnect and use the same room link, browser and device to recover your guest identity. If the room has closed or expired, ask your host for a new link.

Accounts & plans

Can I buy Prankix Plus yet?

Not on this website. The subscription and displayed prices are planned for launch. Local prices and purchase terms will appear in the Android app when subscriptions are available.

Where do I manage a purchased subscription?

When subscriptions are available, manage a Google Play purchase in Google Play subscription settings using the account that bought it. Deleting a Prankix account does not replace cancelling a store subscription.

How do I report a problem with a game?

Use the in-app report option when available and include the game name and what happened. During beta, use the support contact included in your invite. Do not send passwords or players’ private cards.

Still stuck?

Need a hand?

Use the in-app Help and Report controls for game or account problems. During beta, your invite will include the active support contact.
